Seasoned Salame is a cylinder-shaped salami obtained from a mixture put into a meat grinder. The salami is then put into pig bowels (Culare, Gentile o Filzetta) all hand-tied.
We use fresh meat of the highest quality coming only from well-fed national pigs.
Main features of the product:
- the compactness of the product, due to the absence of flour, thickener and sugar
- the use of Lambrusco (typical sparkling red wine of our territory) enhance the fragrance of the product
- the absence of garlic gives a finer taste to the product.
