This is a line of products obtained from meat of heavy pigs of the Po Valley, born, raised and butched in Italy, sometimes coming from Black Parma Pig. We always guarantee the highest quality and genuineness of the product for the consumer.

STRETCHED OUT AGED BACON of Canossa
This product is obtained by trimming the pork belly in order to have the classic tile form.
The salting treatment is made only with sea salt, natural herbs and spices and together with the natural aging period we can taste a very appetizing and fine product that can be used like ready-slice meat or it can be a very fine ingredient to enhance your dishes. Ingredients: Pork meat, sea salt, natural herbs and spices (outside tile look).

AGED LARD of Canossa
This product is obtain by trimming and the putting in brine the big back part of the pig. This salt solution with the only addition of natural herbs and spices and the low salt contents, contribute to make a very sweet and pleasant product that can be used like ready-slice meat or it can be a very fine ingredient to enhance your dishes. Ingredients: Pork meat, sea salt (ouside tile look)

SEASONED LARD CREAM of Canossa
This product is obtained by grinding the aged lard of Canossa in order to have a cream that can be spread. During the process we add only natural herbs any garlic. It taste very savory but not invasive. Ingredients: Aged lard, sea salt, natural herbs and spices (vacum-sealed cuts) .
